Custom Homes
At Cypress Homes, we realize that your home is more than just four walls. We want to help you make your dream home a reality. We can build custom homes that can be as simple or as fancy as you would like.
Semi-Custom Homes
We have over 7 different customizable floor plans for you to choose from! Each model is built for easy living and can be customized with upgrades and changes to fit your personal needs. Each model has a base set of options with pricing for each one. The prices of our models start at $325,000 and go up from there.
Energy Star Homes
We build energy efficient homes that are able to meet the high standards to be certified as Energy Star Homes. While we normally do not go through the process to get homes certified, we can get one certified if a client requests this as part of their home package. There is an additional cost for this certification.
